Add more into your diet and you won’t need to worry about how many cups of water you drank or didn’t drink.

Whip Your Food

To juice or not to juice that is the newest question. Should you whip your fruit into a fancy blender and sip it down, or juice your vegetables for easy digestion? Both are excellent ways to get more energy and nutrients into your diet. Replace your breakfast with a green smoothie, and you will feel more sustainable energy lasting you throughout the entire day.
